“A shining beacon of f***ing brilliance.” – Scott Pack, Publisher at The Friday Project (HarperCollins, UK)
“Combines the charm and savoir-faire of a Fitzgerald hero with the rebellious posturing of a contemporary James Dean.” - Michiko Kakutani, The New York Times
“Cunningly subversive.” - Gloria Emerson
“Fitch’s home territory is the evolving conscience; his mission is to explore how the internal compass reacts to extraordinary external pressures.” - Todd Mercer, ForeWord Magazine
“All four of Fitch’s published novels have dealt in different ways with the same themes – globalisation, commercialism and environmental impact – although they are subtle, not preaching or proselytising.”
- Doug Johnstone, The Independent on Sunday

Give And Take
‘The story brilliantly blends a page-turning plot with themes which make the reader consider their attitude to money, wealth and consumerism.’ Independent on Sunday
‘…has an Elmore Leonard quality, slick and slightly nefarious characters sped along by lean prose.’ Los Angeles Times
“Yes, I steal. I make no apologies for it. Stealing is unimportant. But what you do with the money makes all the difference in the world.”
Ross Clifton is a brilliant jazz pianist – and an even more talented thief. He steals millions of dollars in diamonds and BMWs and gives all the money away. But his life as a latter-day Robin Hood is about to come to an abrupt end. Fast, funny and felonious, Give And Take takes you on an economic shakedown cruise.

Printer’s Devil
Two warring guilds struggle to survive in a world where natural disaster has become commonplace. Picking up where Clockwork Orange and On The Beach left off, Printer’s Devil searches for remnants of humanity in an extreme post-apocalyptic landscape. A fable in the spirit of Coetzee’s Waiting for the Barbarians, Printer’s Devil is a meditation on power and its abuses that echoes with disturbing parallels to the present.

Senseless
“Startling in conception and disturbing in what it says about our times”
J. M. Coetzee
Eliott Gast is kidnapped in Brussels by a group of international terrorists and held captive in a white room. Black wires hang from wall and ceiling, broadcasting his plight worldwide via the Internet. His crime, his kidnappers insist, demands justice. And their brand of justice is unique. A tale of man’s inhumanity to man, as elegant as it is disturbing.
“Brilliantly written with pace, style, confidence and insight, this unbearably tense and truly unforgettable novel will leave a lasting impression.”
